Airtime Battery also offers a payment by mail option. Simply place your order online, then mail your payment (check or money order) to us. Upon receipt of your payment, we ship your order.
Shipping Options:
Airtime Battery ships most items to the continental US by U.S. Priority mail at a flat rate of $7.50 regardless of the order size. International shipments will be calculated at time of order. You must specify a country when ordering for shipping charges to be calculated correctly.
Returns:
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our product. In the event a product should need to be returned due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, contact Airtime Battery for a return authorization. Once an RA is received, the customer should return ship the defective product in accordance with the instructions of the RA. Once the product is received, it will be replaced by Airtime Battery and returned to you. Please read our RETURN POLICY: Airtime Battery will not accept returns without a Return Authorization. If there is a problem with the item, please contact us for instruction. If an item should need to be returned due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, Airtime Battery will replace the item. Any products that have been altered or tampered with will not be accepted for replacement or credit. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
